Virtual Hiring Manager – Nurse Recruiter

Remote | Full-Time (30 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm). Weekly Pay.

Monthly Rate will be $1,750-$2,000 each month.

We’re looking for a Virtual Hiring Manager to recruit and hire qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified RNs
• Review applications and conduct phone interviews
• Screen candidates and coordinate the hiring process
• Verify qualifications, licenses, and experience
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring records
• Meet recruiting and hiring goals

Requirements

• Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience preferred
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working remotely
• Experience with recruiting platforms and virtual interviewing tools
