Job Titel: UI/UX Designer| 100% Remote

Duration: 12-month contract, will probably extend

We are looking to onboard a skilled UI/UX Designer to support the design, refinement, and validation of our digital products and applications.

The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Figma, validating UI/UX features through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with development resources to ensure high-quality implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components, variants, and design libraries.
Experience designing web applications, dashboards, portals, or enterprise software products.
Good understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability standards.
Experience conducting UI validation, UAT, usability testing, and defect tracking.
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed development teams.
