We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with a proven track record in managing all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic to our posts, creating and managing , designing social media flyers, developing engaging content, and staying ahead of market trends through thorough research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms

  • Design visually appealing social media flyers and graphics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns

  • Drive traffic to social media posts and company website through strategic content and engagement

  • Create and manage paid social media ad campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices

  • Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform content and strategy

  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms

  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics

  • Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong research skills and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends

  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
