Role: ServiceNow Engagement Manager

Locations: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

7+ years of ServiceNow engagement management or equivalent.
Provides client and delivery leadership, program governance, mentoring, and delivery accountability across ServiceNow implementations.
Own all aspects of program governance and ServiceNow tailored delivery including value tracking, operating model set up and execution, change control and course correction.
Exposure to ServiceNow platform and workflows including HRSD, WSD, Source-to-Pay, Finance & Accounting, IRM, LSD, ITSM, ITOM, App Engine, and future platform capabilities.

Client Responsibilities:

Develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors, platform owners, and business leaders.
Serve as Capgemini's primary engagement leader across ServiceNow programs and managed services.
Facilitate executive steering committees, governance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Translate business objectives into ServiceNow roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
Advise clients on platform adoption, AI strategy, governance, operating models, and value realization.

EM Responsibilities include:

Platform adoption and change management

Multi-workstream delivery execution
On-time and on-budget performance
Resource utilization
Delivery quality
Executive reporting
