[Remote] Senior Vice President Finance

The role provides executive-level oversight across FP&A, operational finance, treasury, revenue cycle, accounts payable, forecasting, budgeting, executive reporting, and strategic financial decision-making. Responsibilities Provide leadership across FP&A, operational finance, treasury, revenue cycle, accounts payable, and related finance functions Partner closely with VP-level finance leaders and serve as a key point of coordination across the broader finance organization Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, expense management, and executive reporting activities Consolidate financial and operational data into meaningful reputed company, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership Support board meeting preparation and executive-level financial reporting Collaborate with finance, operations, providers, clinicians, and business leaders to improve organizational performance and decision-making Help guide the finance organization through a period of significant growth and expansion Mentor and support existing finance leaders while providing hands-on strategic leadership Skills 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A and senior finance leadership responsibilities Strong healthcare provider industry experience required Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, expense management, and executive reporting Ability to work across multiple finance functions and synthesize complex information into executive-level reputed company Experience presenting to executive leadership teams and boards of directors Proven success partnering with operational leaders, clinicians, and senior executives Experience within large, complex, high-growth organizations Private equity-backed healthcare experience is a plus Value-based care, managed care, or payer-related experience is helpful Candidates located in the Nashville area are strongly preferred Remote candidates will be considered if they are open to periodic travel to Nashville for leadership meetings and key business initiatives Benefits reputed company may be available for candidates open to periodic travel to Nashville for leadership meetings and key business initiatives.
