Remote: Head of Site Monitoring & Territory Operations

Merck seeks a senior leader to manage country/cluster monitoring resources and CRA leadership within the GCTO framework in the United States. You will guide capacity planning, performance management, and strategic quality initiatives to ensure compliant, timely clinical study delivery.

You will collaborate with CRD, TA directors, regulators and CROs to optimize investigator networks, vendor strategy and monitoring excellence across multiple campaigns. Remote work arrangements are available.
