KPI Dashboard with Google Sheets

I use Google Sheets with my team to track our transactions. Each team member has their own spreheet for data entry, and I manually consolidate and review the data every week.

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me automate or improve this process, reduce manual work, and make weekly tracking more efficient and reliable.
