Rig-Based Drilling Crews - Entry Level & Exp Up to $34.50/hr - TX, CO, ND, OH, OK

Helmerich & Payne is hiring rig-based drilling crew members, including Roustabouts, Motormen, Floormen, and Derrickmen, across multiple U.S. locations. These roles involve hands-on work with rig equipment, tubular handling, mud mixing, and rig floor activities on a 14/14 or 28/28 rotational schedule. What you’ll need:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass post-offer physical exam
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in 14–28 day rotations
• Basic English reading, writing, and computer skills
• Mechanical equipment experience preferred (for motorman roles)
