- Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and texts
- Schedule appointments using our reputed company software
- Respond to online le from reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.
- Collect customer information, appliance model numbers, and issue descriptions
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day
- reputed company customers with appointment updates and ETAs
- Filter spam calls and unnecessary interruptions
- Handle basic customer service and appliance-reputed company questions
- Maintain a professional and friendly experience for customers
- Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience preferred
